The Landscape Research group
develops efficient spatial
planning of project sites to
ensure the preservation of
local landscape character
and sustainable use of land
resources. The group
integrates cultural heritage
by focusing on rural
practices, and applying a
holistic approach that
ensures responsiveness to
the natural, semi-natural,
rural and urban context with
a focus on ecotourism and
recreation as an alternative
for biodiversity activities.

IBSARand a
private landowner.
Following our scheme
to promote
biodiversity, IBSAR
has put into action
a program that would
promote the use of
native trees,
introducing them to
the community in a
sustainable
landscape design
approach with the
help of
municipalities.
